Irish international fast fashion retailer Primark Stores Limited, doing business as Penneys in the Republic of Ireland, has its corporate headquarters in Dublin. Arthur Ryan established the business on June 13, 1969, and as of 2023, it operated 428 locations throughout several nations. Primark sells a wide variety of goods, including apparel, cosmetics, home goods, and other items.
